The parts for the moving tabs. The knobs for these are also the guide pins for the cables and chains used in anchor handling.

The pins - at left - have a 3mm threaded insert for the screws and a sort of dog-clutch at the lower end to engage the similar part on the locking tabs. The tabs are cam interlocked, so only one can move at a time, to reduce the chance of both getting unlocked by accident.
