When I started the hull mods I wasn't going to move the props as it seemed a near impossible job. But it nagged me and then I had an idea to make it a little easier, so decided to do it.

On my original installation (right) the bottom of the rudder skegs were a little lower than the flat bottom (but a little higher than they might have been - see 'Running gear 6' above). For the modified positions I was going to make the skegs level with the bottom, so just resting on the workbench as seen at left. This drops them about 8mm.
